The hotel is in an ideal location for winter sports, with a ski slope right outside. The food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent and they offered a good variety for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.
Our room was quite small and cramped and did not offer a good view. the spa facilities were limited, which made it difficult to relax after spending the day on the slopes.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel nestled in a pine forest, right beside the gondola that takes you up to the nearby mountain Chopok. The location was perfect for our ski trip, with easy access to the slopes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities, including the spa and bar, were top-notch and provided a relaxing experience after a day on the slopes. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to satisfy our taste buds.

Great location with mountain views, near ski lifts and walking routes. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionist. Well-decorated rooms with sitting and kitchen areas. Wellness area with sauna, Jacuzzi, and pool.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! the location was perfect, high up on the mountain with stunning views of the whole valley. It was so convenient to have the gondola right beside the hotel, making it easy to quickly get up to the nearby mountain, Chopok. the room was spacious and well-decorated, and the bathroom was clean and modern. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. the breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of options to choose from. One of the highlights was the wellness area, with its sauna, Jacuzzi, and pool - it was the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. we had a fantastic experience at the hotel and would definitely recommend it.
That the kitchen didn't properly cater to dietary restrictions, which was a bit disappointing.

Great location. Ski-in, ski-out. Perfect for a ski holiday. the food was quite good. Nice views of the slopes from the room. the hotel offered a variety of amenities that were convenient for skiing. And the free shuttle to and from the ski lift was a nice touch.
The noise level in the hotel was way too high and did not promote a restful experience. the beds were very uncomfortable.
